Obituary

Nancy Allsettie Moore was born in Madison county, Iowa, February 11, 1871, died June 27, 1897. The deceased gave good and very comforting evidence to her friends that the peace was perfect.
The funeral was held at Peru, and conducted by the writer June 28th. A large company of sympathizing friends followed the remains to their resting place in Peru. P. C. Stire.

A daughter of Johnston Moore, living eight miles south of town, died last Monday morning of consumption.

The funeral of Miss Nancy Moore on June 27 at the Christian church was conducted by Rev. P. C. Stire, of Winterset. This is the ----- daughter taken from them by death in the last two years.

Note: Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.
