David Felton, an old soldier who has been in poor health for some time, died at the home of his niece, Mrs. M. Smith, Friday morning and was buried in the Earlham cemetery on Saturday. He was carried to the grave by his soldier comrades.

The funeral of Dave Fulton, who died at the home of N.M. Smith in Earlham, Thursday evening of consumption, took place from the Presbyterian church at 11 a.m., after which interment took place at the Earlham cemetery.
Deceased was a soldier in the late war, and was highly respected by all who knew him.
