Page 4Word came Tuesday morning that Cash Small, a resident of this place, but who for some time past has been at the home of relatives near Patterson, was dead, having fallen a victim to that most dreaded of all dread diseases, quick consumption. Some few months ago Mr. Small went for a visit among relatives while away was taken down sick from which he never recovered.
He was a young man in the very prime of life, with a loving wife and lovable little babe to look to him for support. This news cast a shadow of sadness over the community where both he and wife were well and favorably known.
