Earlham and Thereabouts

Rev. John E. Jones died at the home in Earlham last Friday night, after an illness of three weeks’ duration. The funeral obsequies were conducted by Revs. Shinn and Wooten. The remains were laid to rest in the Earlham cemetery.

Rev. John E. Jones died Friday night, aged 73 years. He has lived in this vicinity most of the time for 30 years. He leaves a wife, two sons and two daughters to mourn his loss. Rev. Jones was a minister in the U. B. and M. E. churches. He was buried in the Earlham cemetery Sunday.
