Mrs. Wm. Bertholf, of Des Moines, died Sunday evening. The remains arrived here on the noon train to-day, and were taken direct to the Hooten cemetery for burial. Mrs. Bertholf was brought up in this county, being a daughter of J. S. Rhodes, of this city, and a sister of P. M. Rhodes, of Monroe township.
