Mason Bullock, formerly of El Dorado, died Monday at Winterset, Iowa. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Winterset in the Collins Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Doris, two daughters, Mona and Debbie and three sons, Ronnie, Robert and Lee, all of the home. Local survivors include his parents Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Bullock, Cassoday; two sisters, Mrs. Wilma Young, Cassoday and Mrs. Eva Riggs, Wonsevu, a brother, Maurice Bullock, El Dorado, a daughter, Mrs. David Wardlaw, El Dorado, and a son, Larry Bullock, Santa Ana, Calif.

Mason Bullock Funeral Held

Funeral service for Mason E Bullock of DeSoto, whose death occurred Monday, Feb. 14, in Jefferson township, were held Friday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset. The services were conducted by the Rev. C. G. Sparks of Van Meter. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Bullock was a native of Kansas, where he was born at Strong City on Feb. 10, 1919, a son of Vernie and Althea Pixley Bullock. He had lived in Madison county for nine years, and also at Van Meter and DeSoto. He was operator of a service station.

He was married at Salem, Ill., on Sept. 7, 1959 to Doris E. Iiams, who survives him.

In addition to his wife, he leaves six children, Larry, Betty Jane, Lee, Robert, Debera Kaye and Ronald Bullock, and a step-daughter, Romora Lynn. He also leaves a brother, Maurice Bullock of El Dorado, Kan., and two sisters, Mrs. Wilma Young of Cassady, Kan., and Mrs. Eve Riggs of Cedar Point, Kan.; in addition to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernie Bullock of Cassady.
