It is with sincere regret that we learn of the death at her home in Nebraska, of Miss Frances, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Phillips, recently of Jackson township in this county. When her parents moved to Nebraska a little over a year ago, she remained in the county and taught school for a year. She attended the normal institute here in August, and soon after went to her Nebraska home, when she was taken sick, and died last week. A young lady of ambition, of unusual vivacity, of good accomplishments, her early death comes as a heavy affliction to her family and friends.
