Sudden Death of Mrs. John Evans

On Sunday morning Mrs. John Evans, who lives just east of the Buffalo school house in Scott township, was taken ill with severe pain in one of her ears, and died in about thirty minutes after suffering intensely with pain in the head. The deceased was a daughter of Mrs. Dave Green, and leaves a husband and two small children to mourn her loss.

Note: Burial in the Winterset Cemetery.
