Mrs. E. D. Ruby, for so many years a resident of Winterset, died Wednesday, at the residence of her brother, James Smith, of Lincoln township. The funeral services were held at the Methodist church in Winterset conducted by Rev. Geo. W. Miller. Mrs. Ruby was well advanced in years and her death is supposed to be due to old age and natural exhaustion.

Note: Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
