County and City

Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Moorman, former residents of Winterset, but now of Great Falls, Montana, lost their little daughter Blanche, on the night of Oct. 14th, at half past nine o’clock, at Kibbey, Montana, while in company with her father and mother on a pleasure trip to the mountains. She was 6 years, 5 months and 15 days old. Her disease was thought to be ulceration of the stomach with pneumonia following, which caused death in two days from time of taking sick.

In Memory of Blanche Moorman

The dark shadows of death here spread over the family circle of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Moorman, of Great Falls, Montana, and settled upon its fairest ornament. Death has plucked a cherished bud from the family tree and transplanted it in the great beyond, where the gentle, loving spirit of Blanchie will forever dwell. Her brief life was only that of morning, her morning sun shone a few short years and then went down. But is that short morning life, fond memories were born which must cluster around the little ground, where Blanchie now rejoices her long, last dreamless sleep.
