Obituary

William B. Guiberson was born in Holmes county, Ohio, April 1, 1844, and removed with his parents from Ohio to Madison county, Iowa in the fall of 1850. He was married to Miss America Pursell, November 8, 1866 in Winterset, Iowa, and died at his home in Union township, Madison county, Iowa, December 24, 1901.

He had four children, three sons and one daughter, all surviving him and all present at the funeral except the eldest son, Carver Guiberson, who for several years past has resided in Colorado.

The funeral was held at the residence Christmas Day at 10 o’clock a. m., conducted by Rev. L. E. Follansbee.

Wm. B. Guiberson, of Union township, died at his home December 24, 1901, aged nearly 58 years. He was a son of N. W. Guiberson of the same township, and was born in Holmes county, Ohio, April 1, 1844.

He came with his parents to this county in 1850. He married a Miss Pursel in Winterset, in 1866. He leaves a wife, three sons and one daughter.

The funeral services were held Christmas day, conducted by Rev. L. E. Follansbee.
