George W. Bailey, 84, of Winterset died Nov. 25, 2007, at Arbor Springs in West Des Moines.
The body has been cremated and memorial graveside services will be held in the spring of 2008.
George Bailey was born in Winterset and farmed in that area for most of his life. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Doris, of Waukee and his brother, Charles Bailey of Bondurant.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Iowa Hospice.
Arrangements were handled by Westover Funeral Home in Des Moines
