Death of Mrs. L. M. Simpson

Many of the readers of this paper were acquainted with Miss Fanny Fahnestock, who were residents of Winterset until moving to Des Moines in 1884. She was born in Winterset, Feb. 10, 1879 and died on last Thursday, Nov. 16th, at her home in Des Moines, after a lingering illness from consumption.

Surviving relatives are the husband, L. S. Simpson, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Fahnestock, also three brothers and two sisters, Sheridan of Des Moines, Joseph of Omaha, Ruppert of Kansas, Mrs. Stalgren of Des Moines and Mrs. R. E. Coon of Winterset.
