Miss Mattie Rollstin, who has been confined to her bed for one year with that dreadful disease, consumption, died last Sunday evening.

Her funeral was preached at Bethel church by Rev. Peck. She was taken to Winterset for burial. She was followed by a large procession of friends and relatives.
