Mrs. John A. Macumber, of Lincoln, a most estimable lady, was buried last Friday. They sympathies of all our people go to uncle John in this great affliction.

We are sorry to announce the death of Mrs. John Macumber, of Lincoln township, last week. The deceased was one of the pioneer women of the county, coming here in 1853.

She leaves a large family of grown up children. A large number of friends and relatives followed her to the last resting place as a last testimonial of the respect and love they bore her. Her death will be sincerely mourned by hundreds of friends in the county.
