MRS. JIM MCCUNE DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. Jim McCune, member of a pioneer family in the Irish Settlement of near Cumming, died Wednesday, March 2, at Oakland, Calif. She had lived in California since 1927.

Mrs. McCune was the former Mame Hanrahan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hanrahan. Her husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by four daughters, all living in California. They are Mrs. Pauline Dolan, Mrs. Marguerite Wheeler and Alice, all of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Maureen Foudy of Piedmont. She also leaves eight grandchildren; and a brother, Frank Hanrahan of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held last Saturday with burial in Oakland.
