SERVICES HELD FOR CHARLES NITCHALS

Funeral services were held Monday, October 14, for Charles Z. Nitchals at the Earlham Methodist church. Rev. Ward Young was in charge of the services. Dolores Summy was organist.

Casket bearers were: George Prohaska, Frank Wengert, James Guisinger, Ernest Brown, Earl Anker and L. O. Patten.

Burial was in Earlham cemetery.

OBITUARY

CHARLES ZENITH NITCHALS

Charles Zenith Nitchals, son of Mary and William Nitchals, was born on February 16, 1902 at Argenta, Illinois. He passed away on October 12, 1968 at the Winterset Memorial Hospital, and was 66 years, 7 months, and 26 days of age.

On July 2, 1930 he was married to Ella Mae Wolverton. To this union three children were born: Mary Laughridge of Earlham; William (Bill) Nitchals, of Rolling Meadows, Illinois; and Wilma, Mrs. Joe Heldenbrand, of Earlham.

He worked for the railroad 32 years, first as a hand and then as a section foreman.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, two brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his wife, his one son, two daughters, and eight grandchildren, by one sister, three brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
