Barney

Mrs. S. E. Barnard, who has been seriously ill for nearly three months died Monday morning. Mrs. Barnard was an old resident of these parts. She leaves a husband, two sons and four daughters to mourn the loss of a wife and mother.

Everything that loving hands could do was done to prolong the life of a wife and mother. Mrs. Barnard's children were all at her bedside when the final summons came except one son who lives at Kirkville, Iowa who came too late. She had been dead several hours before his arrival. She will be laid to rest in the Barney cemetery.
