A lifetime member of the First United Methodist Church of Winterset, Mr. Estell served on numerous boards and as lay minister for the homebound, as well as volunteering for the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Mr. Estell loved his family and cherished the time spent with them. He also enjoyed playing rounds of golf. Being a lifelong resident of Winterset, Mr. Estell grew to love the community. He was a silent humanitarian who was always willing to help those in need.
