MRS. HATTIE BUSH DIES AT 77 YEARS

Mrs. Hattie E. Bush of Winterset died last Friday, May 8, at Memorial hospital here. She was 77 years of age.

Mrs. Bush had been a resident of Madison county the last 12 years. She was born at Cherry Point, Ill., on Sept. 22, 1892, a daughter of Grant and Ivy Nelson. She was married March 19, 1930, to Thomas J. Bush. His death occurred in 1963.

She is survived by three children, Mrs. Leonard Stoeger of Glendale, Calif., Mrs. Denver Woodring of Cecilia, Ky., and Cleo Logan of Winterset. A son, Donahoe Logan, and a daughter, Mrs. Marie Lake, preceded her in death.

She also leaves seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Roy Nelson of Benson, Minn., and Ray Nelson of Winterset; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Ekren of Benson, Minn.

Funeral services were held Monday from Hill of Zion church in Adair county, conducted by the Rev. E. E. Jandebeur, pastor of the First Christian church of Winterset. Burial was made in Hill of Zion cemetery.
