Charlotte Forsyth, 68, of Sallisaw, Okla., and formerly of Winterset, died Sept. 5, 2007, at the Advance Care Hospital in Ft. Smith, Ark.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Church of the Nazarene in Winterset. Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.
Charlotte Forsyth was born July 18, 1939, to Allen and Leone (Duff) Farwell of Zion. She was united in marriage to Gail Beaman. Charlotte worked at the Northside Cafe, Eaton Manufacturing and Pamida in Winterset. She had been the Presbyterian Church secretary and a member of the Rebekahs.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, Raymond Farwell.
She is survived by one son, Allen Beaman of Sallisaw, Okla.; two daughters, Gail Ann O’Neal of Des Moines and Karen Moss of Redfield; three sisters, Inez Bennett and Dorothy Endres, both of Winterset, and LaVaun Wright of Stuart; and nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset.
