ALBERT FOSHER TAKES OWN LIFE

Albert R. Fosher of near Winterset took his own life at his home a mile south of town last Friday. His body was found in his garage, with death resulting from carbon monoxide.

Mr. Fosher was a life-time resident of this community, and was 60 years of age at his death. He was born in Madison county Aug. 13, 1909, a son of John and Pearl Smith Fosher. He was married Aug. 26, 1931, to Mary K. Travis, who survives him.

During his active life, Mr. Fosher engaged in construction and road work.

In addition to his wife, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Myles Davis and Mrs. Russell Little of Winterset; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and an uncle, Hubert Fosher of Winterset.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Collins Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Lloyd Miller of St. Charles. Burial was made in the Hooten cemetery.
