DIED

SINCLAIR - Five miles southeast of Winterset, of typhoid fever, Sadie Sinclair, daughter of John T. and Rebecca Sinclair; was born September 22d, 1858; departed this life October 24th, 1877; aged 19 years, 1 month and 13 days.

Sadie professed saying grace in the Lord Jesus a few days before her departure. Among her last words to her father were: "I am going home"--and then--"glory be to God". She was esteemed and beloved by all who knew her, and those who knew her best love her most. The family has lost a kind daughter, a loving sister, and the community a faithful friend.
