Frank Lee Baldock, son of Doctor Baldock and wife, of Winterset, Iowa, died at the residence of his parents on the morning of the 23d inst., of consumption, thus ending a wearisome illness at the age of 21 years, 8 months, 16 days.
He had been a devoted Christian and consistent member of the Winterset Baptist church for more than seven years. He entertained a high regard for Christian integrity. His faith in God was strong and the day before he died, as on previous occasions, he was very happy in anticipation of his new home in heaven with his four sisters and two brothers there.
The funeral at the house in the afternoon of the 24th was well attended and the services conducted aptly by his pastor, Rev. Jacobs, and very kindly and ably assisted by Dr. Ely, of the Presbyterian church, and Rev. Riheldaffer, of the M. E. church, all the rest was done by the young people.
