Died in Madison County, on the 26th of November, Mr. Joseph C. Ruth in the 32nd year of his age. He was born in Green County, Pennsylvania on July 31, 1852 and moved with his parents to Johnson County, Iowa in 1855 and from there to Madison County in 1875. He was married to Mattie A. Bruce on February 25, 1878.
