Patricia F. Heuton, 76, of Lorimor, died October 16, 2000 of respiratory failure at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral services are today (October 20) at 2:30 p.m. at Ochiltree Funeral Service and Aftercare in Winterset.
She was born March 27, 1924 in Winterset. She married Bill Heuton in 1991 at the Word of Life Christian Center. She was a homemaker as well as a certified lab technician for Wilden Clinic in Des Moines. She was a Women's Advocate in Minnesota and a Nursing Home advocate in Winterset. She was a member of the Church of God in Lorimo9r, the Lions Club and had done volunteer work with the V.F.W. Auxiliary in Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson.
Surviving relatives include her husband; one son LeRoy Summers, Jr. of Des Moines; three daughters, Nicolene Wheeler of Des Moines, Frances Fairweather of Greeley, Colorado and Jessica Peterson of Lorimor; one step-daughter, Thelma Chapman of Indianola; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and 19 step-great-grandchildren.
