HARRY CLEARWATER Dead

Harry Clearwater, a former Madison county resident, died at Portland, Ore., Nov. 6th, 1913, and burial was made at that place on the 8th.

He had been afflicted with tuberculosis of the bone for several months and went through four operations which failed to do him any good, and he passed away after much suffering.

His childhood and young manhood were spent in and around Winterset, he being a son of Mr. and Mrs. David Clearwater, who formerly lived here. The past few years of his life were spent in Mitchell, S.D., and Portland, Ore.

He is survived by his wife, who will be remembered here as Miss Nora Clark, and a number of children.
