Death of Mrs. Jane O’Garo

Mrs. Jane O’Garo 78, former resident of Des Moines, died Sunday July first, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. B. Thrift, south of Winterset. Mrs. O’Garo had been ill for six months. She had resided in Des Moines for fifty years, but came here a year ago to live with her daughter. Her husband, Edward O’Garo died fifteen years ago. Besides her daughter Mrs. Thrift, Mrs. O’Garo is survived by five sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services were held at the E. Carl White funeral home in Des Moines Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock and burial was made in the Glendale cemetery.
