Hester Hudson, formerly of Winterset, died Thursday, Aug. 28th at the state hospital in Woodward. She was 54 years of age.
Miss Hudson was born in Winterset, April 19, 1898, a daughter of B. F. and Millie Harrison Hudson. She had been at Woodward since 1919.
Nearest surviving relatives are two brothers, Cecil Hudson of Iowa City and Robert J. Hudson of Anderson, Mo.
Funeral services were held Saturday from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Glenn Parrott, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
