MRS. BERTHA GREEN DIES AT HOSPITAL

Mrs. Bertha Green of Winterset died at the Memorial hospital this morning (Wednesday) after an extended illness. She was 79 years of age.

Mrs. Green had been living at Stuart for many years, until last March when she came to Winterset to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Ted McCauley. Prior to her residence at Stuart, her home had been in Madison county.

Funeral arrangements had not been completed as the Madisonian went to press.
