DAWN HULL, Peru

Dawn A. Hull, 73, of Peru died July 3, 2007, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 7, at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset. Burial was at Peru Cemetery.

Dawn Hull was born Dec. 21, 1933, in Greenfield to Dale and Mildred (Burns) Wambold. She attended grade school at Zion School and later graduated from Winterset High School. Her marriage to Vern Hull took place July 27, 1963, in Knoxville, Iowa. Dawn worked at Bankers Life, for the state of Iowa, and Furnas Electric, from which she retired.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one grandson, Thad Waltz; and a brother, Keith Wambold.

She is survived by her children — Mike Waltz, Bingta McCall, Coy Waltz, and David Waltz, all of Winterset, Kevin Waltz of Adel, Cae Farrow of New Virginia, and Bill Hull of Lorimor; her mother, Mildred Boyd of Winterset; and 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
