MRS. GLENN HAYDEN DIES IN WYOMING

Mrs. Glenn Hayden, a native of Madison county, died at her home in Gillette, Wyo., on Friday, Dec. 16, according to word received here this week. She was 59 years of age.

Mrs. Hayden was the former Zaida L. Rippey, daughter of George and Lulu Rippey, and was born near Winterset April 13, 1896. Her early life was spent near Macksburg, where he parents owned a grocery store.

She was married at Winterset on Feb. 28, 1917, to Glenn Hayden. They moved to Nebraska for two years, and in 1919, to Lawyer, Wyo., where they homesteaded. They moved to Gillette in 1926, and had lived in or near that town since.

She is survived by her husband; four sons, Darrell, Donald, Doyle and Dick Hayden, all of Gillette; three daughters, Mrs. Neva Wilmot of Upton, Wyo., Mrs. Norma Duvall and Nita Hayden of Gillette; and a brother, Cleo Rippey of Topeka, Kan.

Funeral services were held from the First Presbyterian church in Gillette, conducted by the Rev. Robert M. Phoenix. Burial was made in the Pisgah cemetery in Gillette.
