Death Of SUSAN DUFF

Mrs. Susan Duff, an old resident of Madison county, died last Wednesday, March 10, 1920, at the home of her son in Des Moines.

Mrs. Duff, who had not been well for some time, had suffered a relapse following influenza, and her death resulted. The remains were brought to Worthington cemetery for burial on Friday afternoon.

Mrs. Duff was the widow of William Duff and the sister of the late George Duff, both families being well known in the history of this town and county.

In 1857 Mrs. Duff came here from Guernsey county, Ohio, spending a portion of the following years in Kansas and Stuart, Iowa. While living in Stuart her husband died.

She is survived by an only son, Jesse, and his family, who live in Des Moines
