CLARK INFANT DIED LAST FRIDAY

Catherine Mae Clark, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Clark of Douglas township, died Friday, Dec. 16, at Madison County Memorial hospital in Winterset. The baby had been born at the hospital two days prior to her death. She weighed 15 pounds, 1 1/2 ounces at birth.

Surviving the baby are her parents; two brothers, James and Steven; a sister, Nancy; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Clark of Peru and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde C. Shaffer, and her great grandmother, Mrs. Eda Vaughn, all of Winterset.

Graveside services for the infant were held last Friday, conducted by the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the McDonald cemetery in Douglas township.
