DEATH CALLS FATHER OF LOCAL WOMAN

Funeral services for James Goodwin of Des Moines, father of Mrs. Robert O'Laughlin of Winterset, were held Monday from the St. Ambrose cathedral in Des Moines.

Those from Winterset attending the rites in addition to Mr. and Mrs. O'Laughlin and family, included: the Rev. William Hahessy, Mrs. S. J. Hardy, Mrs. J. C. Johnson, Mrs. John Sawyer, Mrs. Ernest McNamara, Mrs. Raymond Croft, Mrs. DeWitt Bass and son, Francis, Mrs. E. D. Hartley and son, John, Pat Kirvin, Ann Kirvin, Mary Morrissey, Roger Morrissey Jr. and Mary McNamara.
