JOHN MACUMBER DIES

Relatives here have received word of the death of John Macumber, former Madison county resident, at his home in Chadron Nebraska, Sunday, January 7th. Mr. Macumber who was 80 years of age was a son of the late John Macumber of Lincoln township. He was married to Miss Lizzie Shearer of Lincoln township, and they moved to Nebraska, fifty years ago. His wife has been dead for a number of years, and he had recently been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Lida Keeney.

Funeral and burial services were held in Chadron, Tuesday. In addition to his children, Mr. Macumber is survived by his twin brother, George Macumber of Lorimor, and Ed Macumber of El Reno, Okla.
