Death of Dr. T. Roberts

St. Charles, July 28, Special-Word was received here last Thursday morning of the death of Dr. T. Roberts at the home of his son, Ralph, in Los Angeles. Funeral services were held last Thursday and burial made in California. If the doctor had lived until November 6th, he would have been 88 years old. The doctor moved here from Afton in July 1875 where he practiced medicine until 1915 when he retired from active business having completed forty years of hard work as a country physician and surgeon. He went from here to California, where he had since made his home until his death, July 22, 1930. He will be remembered here by all of the older people as a good, honest doctor.
