Death of Mrs. Ed Hautby

Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Ed Hautby at her home in North Loup, Nebraska, on Saturday, October 4th. Mrs. Hautby was a former resident of this county, having been born and raised on a farm a couple of miles east of Winterset. Before her marriage she was Miss Mary Young, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Young.

Mrs. Hautby had not been ill previous to her death. She is survived by two brothers, Will and James Young of Winterset and a sister, Mrs. Hugh Thompson of Earlham. A brother, John, and a sister, Nina, died several years ago.

Funeral services were held in Nebraska. In addition to her sister and brothers, she leaves her husband and two sons and two daughters, who reside in Nebraska.
