Death of Mrs. Russell Croft

Mrs. Blanche Croft, well-known Winterset woman, died at her home here, Monday, after a lingering illness of about nine months. She was 42 years old.

Mrs. Croft was born in Webster township on November 17, 1892, and had lived practically all her life in Madison county. On October 17, 1912, she was married to Russell Croft. They were the parents of two sons, Frank Leahman and Phillip, both of whom, with her husband, survive her.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2 p. m. from Tidrick’s Funeral home. The Rev. R. C. Cully, of the Presbyterian church, was in charge. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
