Lee V. Williams, a former resident of the DeSoto community, died at the Still hospital in Des Moines last Wednesday. He was 82 years old. Funeral services and burial were held for Mr. Williams in DeSoto Friday.
He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Davis, Mrs. Irma Shannon and Mrs. Mary E. Dubois of Des Moines, Mrs. Majel Olson of Jacksonville, Florida, a son Hugh H. Williams of Adrian, Michigan; 15 grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren. His wife and one son, Irvin, preceded him in death.
