Roy Nelson Dies at Lenox Wednesday

Roy Nelson, father of Wendel Nelson, Winterset merchant, died Wednesday June 9 at Lenox. He was 73 years of age and had been ill for some time with a heart condition.

Mr. Nelson was a former mayor of Lenox and also served on the city council there.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at Lenox.
