July 21, 1954Former Resident Dies At Greenfield
Final rites for Bert Estell, 74, a former Madison county resident were held last Friday afternoon from the Methodist church at Greenfield.
Mr. Estell died on July 14 at the Adair County Memorial hospital in Greenfield.
A lifelong farmer, Mr. Estell spent 40 years in Madison county. His is survived by his wife the former Myrtle___S-nner_ (illegible); nine children, two sisters and four brothers including Percy and Ellis Estell of Winterset.
Officiating at the funeral services was the Rev. A. B. Miller. Burial was in the Greenfield cemetery.
