MRS. CLARENCE EPPARD BURIED AT EARLHAM

Mrs. Clarence Eppard, a well-known resident of Madison county most of her life, died at a nursing home in Winterset, Monday, May 31.

Mrs. Eppard was a former resident of the Early Chapel community. She was the former Mrs. Hattie Davis. In recent years she had lived at Clarinda where her husband, the Rev. Clarence Eppard has a pastorate.

Funeral services and burial were held at Earlham last Thursday.

We are very sorry to hear of the death of Mrs. Clarence Eppard. She passed away Monday at the Peterson Nursing home in Winterset. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Gail Leeper’s Funeral Home in Earlham. Burial will be in the Earlham cemetery.
