JOHN BUTLER TAYLOR DIES

John Butler Taylor, former Madison county resident, died Friday, April 22nd, at Yankton, South Dakota, at the age of 75 years. Mr. Taylor formerly lived here, but has resided in Yankton for the past thirty years. His sister and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Mills and Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Mills of Winterset drove to Yankton last week and attended the funeral services which were held at the Congregational church in Yankton, on Monday afternoon.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife and five children. He also leaves his mother, Mrs. Rufus Clark of Winterset, and three brothers and two sisters: Marley and Vernie Taylor, and Mrs. J. A. Mills of Winterset, Mrs. Minnie Perry of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, and Clyde Taylor of Fayette, Idaho.
