Death of Mrs. Cornie Westfall

Mrs. Cornie Westfall, former resident and daughter of a pioneer merchant, died at Glendale, California last Saturday after an extended illness. She was 79 years of age.

Mrs. Westfall was the daughter of T. A. Duer, one of the first business men of Winterset.

A number of years ago, Mrs.Westfall moved to California and her home there has been a mecca for the Winterset colony in that state. She is survived by her son, Harry Westfall.
