Merion E. Eppard, a native of Madison county, died at his home at Komloops, British Columbia, on Sept. 25.
Mr. Eppard was born in the North River community of this county on Feb. 14, 1879. As a young man he moved from here to Canada where he spent the remainder of his life.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, three grandchildren; his mother, six sisters and one brother.
Funeral services were held in Winterset from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home in charge of the Rev. Tom Foglesong, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
