LENA ROLLSTIN DIES AT 82 YEARS

Services Held Sunday From First Baptist Church Here

Mrs. P. G. Rollstin, a resident of Winterset for most of her life, died Thursday, July 24, at a Winterset nursing home. She was 82 years of age.

Mrs. Rollstin was the former Lena Huss, daughter of James and Mary MacArthur Huss. She was born in Madison county Jan. 24, 1876, and lived all but six years of her life here.

She was the widow of Preston G. Rollstin, who served as assistant Madison county engineer for many years. She was married to him on March 1, 1899. His death occurred many years ago.

Their only child, Mary Vee Rollstin, preceded the mother in death.

Nearest surviving relative is a sister, Mrs. Frank Hockenberry, of Doniphan, Nebraska.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the First Baptist church in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Von Elbert and the Rev. Robert Damon. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
