Funeral services for Guy Wright Landers, were held Saturday morning, July 19, in Olinger's Mortuary at Englewood, Colo. He was buried in Fairmount, Colo.
Mr. Landers died of a heart attack in his home in Englewood while getting ready for work Thursday, July 17. He was born December 7, 1890 in Winterset, Iowa. He was a barber by trade.
Surviving are his wife, Bessie, whom he married in Winterset on Jan. 6, 1909; three sons, Charles, a barber and Guy Landers, Jr. both of Denver and Jack Landers, a Marine at Camp Pendleton, California; a daughter, Mrs. Carrie Jane Lee of Pueblo and five grandchildren and five great gransons.
The Landers left Winterset a number of years ago.
