Van Meter-(Special)-May 3. Mrs. Emma Reiman passed away Friday, April 30th at the Iowa Methodist hospital where she had been about two weeks.
Nora Dooley was born August 13, 1890 in Lee township, Madison county and was forty-six years old at the time of her death. She was united in marriage to Emmiel Reiman on November 24, 1914. To this union four children were born; Jimmy, Hazel, Marguerite and Edna, all at home.
She is survived by her husband, one son, three daughters, five sisters, Mrs. Joe King of Norwalk, Mrs. Thomas King of Ames, Mrs. Charles Reiman of Adel, Mrs. Stephen Connor of Cummings and Mrs. John Hamm of Indianola and two brothers, George Dooley of Cummings and James Dooley of DeSoto.
The funeral services were held at the Jefferson United Brethren church at two o'clock Sunday afternoon conducted by the pastor, the Rev. E. A. Elliott, assisted by the Rev. L. B. Foster. Burial was made in the Jefferson cemetery.
