FRANK GREGORY DIES IN ST. LOUIS

Body of Former Resident Returned to Winterset For Services

Frank F. Gregory, a life-time resident of Madison county, died last Thursday, May 29, at St. Louis, Mo., where he had made his home, for the past seven years with his son, Warren Gregory.

Mr. Gregory was 89 years of age at his death. He was born in Walnut township on Dec. 3, 1868, a son of John W. and Jane D. Gregory. Most of his life was spent in Madison county, and he lived for many years in Winterset.

He was married June 30, 1900, to Effie May Peach. They were parents of one son. Mrs. Gregory preceded her husband in death.

In addition to the son, Warren Gregory of St. Louis, he leaves a granddaughter, Lynn Gregory, also of St. Louis.

Funeral services were held Saturday from Anderson's home for funerals, in charge of the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
